To ensure a positive and respectful experience during your 1-on-1 video session with our cricket professionals, please adhere to the following guidelines:

▪ Respect: Always treat the cricket professional with respect and courtesy. Offensive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

▪ Relevance: Keep your questions and discussions focused on cricket and related topics.

▪ Confidentiality: Maintain the privacy of the session. Do not share any personal details or information about the professional with others.

▪ No Recordings: Recording the session in any form is strictly prohibited. This is to protect the privacy and rights of both you and the professional.

▪ Punctuality: Be on time for your scheduled session. If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

▪ Appropriate Language: Always use appropriate and respectful language. Abusive or offensive language will result in the termination of the session.

▪ Feedback: If you have any concerns or feedback about the session, please contact us on the Liam Plunkett Cricket website rather than addressing them during the call.
